"I didn’t get to stay at Mantra as I had a serious family emergency occur. I contacted Expedia to change the dates, I was told they would do everything to help me. I contacted Mantra they said they were very happy to change the dates one Expedia contacted them with the date changes. Expedia never contacted them, they only advised that they would not change the dates. Mantra advised that they never once heard from Expedia, so I lost the money I paid. I would never use Expedia again."

"The resort is beautiful, comfortable, and a wonderful place to stay. However, we stayed for a week and found that the complimentary amenities were not sufficient for a longer visit.
