"The Duke’s Head Hotel is a wonderful place to stay when you visit King’s Lynn. The building has a lot of character and the hotel is centrally located, right in the heart of the town center. The staff members are also friendly and helpful and not to mention that the place has an excellent in house restaurant. Highly recommended for all your travel needs."

"Nice property, well equipped kitchen. Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests."
"my husband and i enjoyed our stay. Set in a lovely position on the cliff above the beach the grounds were lovely with ample seating outside. All staff were friendly and helpful which contributed greatly to our enjoyment in the hotel. Would stay here again."

The cleanliness of the room was great, the furniture in the bar was a bit stained but as most of the people were dog lovers or hikers so we didn’t really see the problem as we are all covered in one thing or another!!
The hotel website says that the kitchen is open until 9pm Monday to Saturday. We checked in at about 3.30pm on Friday, unpacked, took a stroll with the pups and headed to the bar. Whilst having a drink we...

"Bedrooms were a little bit dated. Bathrooms were refurbished. Very nice. Could’ve been a little bit cleaner coffee stains on the wall. Staff were very helpful. The Dune bar could’ve done with small staff. They were rushed off their feet."
"Generally very good, however there was a few disappointing things such as the bed wasn't particularly comfortable, the room was a bit small and tired, the black pudding at breakfast wasn't cooked properly (it was like rubber), also olive oil and balsamic should not be pre-mixed let people adjust the ratio to their taste. The staff were very good and the location is very good."
