"We were unable to reach housekeeping from the room phone, and even calling from a cell phone did not work. We eventually had to walk to the front desk around 7 PM, where no staff was immediately available. After finally locating someone and requesting towels, we returned to our room to find the towels left on the floor just inside the door. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the way the towels were delivered felt unprofessional and inconvenient."

"When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...
