"Loud construction work going starting at 8am. Checked out early, was promised a refund for the early check out + 2 days compensated for the days where our sleep was interrupted by the loud construction noise. They lied, and did not issue a refund and their staff are refusing to honor what they agreed. Avoid staying here."
"We spent one night here on a road trip of Scotland, this place to us felt grand, cosy and super relaxing!
The location and the grounds on this spot is obviously the best part about it, we were blessed with good weather but I can imagine this spot is prefect all year round! Comfy rooms, lit fires, live pianist, and good food! What more could you ask for!
We unfortunately didn’t get to use the facilities, as we had been travelling all day and ended up then eating late as we had to wait for a...

The response I received was that it's a big place to provide wifi for every room. I've stayed in better hotels for less cost."

No control for temperature inside the room. Control in the lobby for four rooms. It was...
"From the planning stage to our stay, communications with Tony was extremely helpful. We were greeted at the front door upon arrival and shown around this beautiful hotel. The room was extremely cozy and morning breakfast was awesome. You are given a menu selection for the following morning. Breakfast is served in a charming dining room just off the lobby. The onsite parking was a plus as a short stroll down their beautiful garden path takes you to all that the town of Pitlochry has to offer....
