"We arrived to a building that looked like a building site. The car park was full so we were told to use the overflow car park which is not easy when you have big cases.
We were given the top floor room and when going to the lift found it was out of order. We had to climb four flights of stairs both days.
Not a good stay! Spoke to the management who were not interested at all."
"The room was dusty, dirty, and the bathroom had mould in the tub.
It was loud all hours of the night, and the bed was like sleeping on the floor, with uncomfortable pillows leading to back and neck ache the next day, would not recommend."
"Friendly staff and the afternoon tea was delicious
Some of the things in our room could do with being repaired and maybe a new mattress but overall it was a pleasant stay"
"Comfortable and good location.
Apparently the hotel has parking but couldn’t find it. Used the multi story 5 mins away and got discounted parking.
Decent staff."
"We stayed overnight at Novotel. The hotel was in a good location, close to the station and city centre. The hotel was clean, the room was lovely- loved the decor and the bath tub. Staff were helpful. Will stay there again if ever I travel to Leeds again."
