"Sadly my stay was riddled with problems hence the rating. The blind broke the first time I used it, the clock alarm was preset without me knowing so woke me at 1am, the bed was sagging (so deeply uncomfortable). There were so many strands of long black hair left on the floor of the bathroom (I'm blonde), and I was placed next to a family with toddlers who's bedtime routine was to leave them to scream for 2 hrs each night from 10pm to 12am whilst they went to the bar for drinks. "Perfect location for onward train travel"

"Beautiful view of the harbour and city skyline. Bed was comfortable, pillows were okay a bit flat. Could hear other guests quite loudly walking by and talking but room was very clean, well maintained and staff friendly. Short walk to north Sydney train station, very convenient."
