I would give in 4.5, and not a 5, only because the brewed coffee in the dining room was terrible, and things that should have been hot, were not. "Great hotel in a very good location (15 min walk to City center.) Very comfortable room with attentive staff. Had issue 1st night and Emiliano was above and beyond excellent in resolving the issue in the middle of the night. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"L'hotel si trova in una zona comoda e vicina a Bologna, a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus e a qualche minuto a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, perfetto se si desidera andare in città senza auto.
La struttura è tenuta molto bene e la camera era davvero molto spaziosa, pulita e in ordine. Colazione buona, onestamente non delle migliori provate, ma con una vasta scelta.
Il personale secondo me è il punto di forza, estremamente gentili, disponibili e cordiali!
