"Property was ok. Unfortunately woke up with red lumps. Very itchy. Hopefully just a rash. Breakfast was good. Able to leave luggage free while waiting for check in."

"Air conditioner not working or blowing air. Key dock at the entrance of door was not working. Staff told me to put both keys at tbe same time, but did not resolve problem. Twice they sent a tech person who tried to reset air conditioner with no luck. Never was granted my request to change rooms and had to sleep in a hot room until the last night when I had to ask front desk furiously and finally the last night at almost 11pm was when they changed us to another room."

"Really lovely hotel in the center of Pisa. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were there very briefly, checked in around 10pm and checked out by 9 am."
