"Great central location with a Starbucks across the street. Perfect for business trip and family trip as well. Very close to the aquarium. Wonderful staff. We forgot our laptop with movies on it on checkout and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and looking for it. When they couldn't find it in the room, they said that we were welcome to look for it. We eventually did find it. Really great service and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again in the future."

"Rooms smaller than expected. Staff unwelcoming unless they are trying to sell you on a time share at check in. No room service for food. Took housekeeping 45min to give us a towel on one day, and on another day took almost 45mins to give us waters & vanity kits that should have been replenished during our room clean but wasn’t. Wouldn’t return."

"The room was nice and clean came with free espresso coffee. The scenery was beautiful and the outdoor area connected to the room was beautiful. The amenities were nice and there were many. Along with having a free golf course and then a larger one that cost money. It is all worth it. Carmel itself is gorgeous and it’s about a 5 minute drive into the cute little shopping areas there. "Stay was great although next time I will book a room with a refrigerator. My only mention would be is the valet ! The three times we left over two days I use the QR code on the little ticket they give you to request your car be pulled up and basically requested 30 minutes in advance which is not a problem whatsoever. The issue is when you get downstairs for your car it is not there and then you have to wait another 15-20 minutes. I hope they can resolve this issue. Some people may not have the...
