"Great hotel but a bit dated.
Restaurant and bar area are great, food fantastic if a little pricey.
Pool could use a refurb and the jacuzzi was closed disappointingly
Great location, great staff.
I went with a superior room which was lovely and spacious but very dated.
Would stay again but wouldn’t pay extra for an upgraded room."
"Location..it has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. ( need a car)
Rooms are very comfortable, tea /kettle etc.
Stairs are a little steep.
staff are lovely ,had a very pleasant stay.
We arrived Saturday lunch time, they had a party of 40 in, but fitted us in and it was delicious! staff attentive and it arrived quickly so all good, so I am very sad ( and surprised ) to say breakfast was poor ! we didn't opt for the buffet and cooked ,rather just the cooked, it took ages to appear...
"This is a very nice place to stay and the Inn over the road is a great place to eat. The rooms and communal areas have been very tastefully decorated and it is very comfortable. Only one point, some of the rooms overlook a road which is surprisingly busy even in the middle of the night - not great if you are a light sleeper."
"Had a great stay. Staff were wonderful. Meals in the restaurant were the best I’ve had out for a long time. I’d travel the hour just for the food. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. It would have been flawless if there was an 2nd pillow and the door from the stairs entry didn’t bang so loundly when people walked through. Both an easy fix. Would definitely recommend"
"We spent 2 nights at the Old Registtry which is perfectly situated on the Main Street of Haworth and a great location for exploring the area.
We stayed in the Tudor room. The photos make it slightly more glamorous than it is but nonetheless, a clean, good sized room.
Due to the age of the building, everything is a little creaky.
Tea and coffee facilities provided including decaffeinated option.
TV in the room but unable to log into Netflix or Amazon due to buffering so you are limited to...
"I am absolutely appalled by the service received by Haworth Old Hall. Booked a night away via Expedia. Confirmation of booking received immediately. Over 24 hours later - the day of check in, I got a phone call advising they had double booked and there was no room available for us. We had to cancel everything as all other Haworth hotels were fully booked. I have emailed and rang them and messaged on here - no response - they have taken my money and have not refunded it - do not trust here"
"The staff were excellent. It's an Edwardian mansion and so some things were not ideal. It is geared for weddings, but it was good for paying guests as well."
"Lovely Yorkshire welcome. Clean room well maintained.
Lovely choice for dinner and great choice of drinks.
Good breakfast buffet and menu options cooked fresh. Delicious!"
"The Calfs Head is a charming country hotel. We ate in the conservatory which was lovely. The food was good but the desserts were excellent. The staff were delightful and the ambience was very comfortable."
