"Loved the style of the hotel, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good ( not a huge variety though, and more fresh fruit would have been nice). Restaurant for dinner was nice and the staff great but, again, a few more options would be good. We got the feeling that the hotel may have been geared a little towards business people who only stay a night or two. Our stay was 7 nights, hence the food variety comments. Housekeeping was ok, however items used were not...

"The hotel is very convenient and ideally situated for easy access from Bergamo Airport by taxi and for walking to both Bergamo Old Town and the New Town. The buffet breakfast had a very wide choice and the staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated being able to leave our bags until our late afternoon flight home."
