Things we didn’t like so much: hotel felt so far away from everything. There is a tram and bus stop right there, including a train station. You have to get multiple trains to get into the centre. "Great hotel, everyone friendly and helpful. Lovely room with free mini bar containing plenty of water, soft drinks, 1 beer and snacks. Free tea/coffee station with snacks and bottles of water available all day as well as free brunch buffet and evening snacks available. Also got voucher free cocktail each.
15 min walk to central train station and 5 mins to metro for line 1 into centre.

"This was truly a breath of fresh air where a hotel actually lived up to the images and expectations from its online presence. Cleanliness for me is paramount when choosing where to stay and this hotel made me feel comfortable and reassured. The room was very clean! The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great. As per most hotels, their fitness room is not well equipped and could really be improved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a great stay in Milan. Just to note, the walking distance to the nearest metro station is approximately a 15 minutes away if you don’t mind that. "
"I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The staff became like family for my time there and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to Angelo, Anna and Elizabeth who always greeted me with such kindness and beautiful smiles. Always happy to have a chat and were genuinely interested in what I had done that day. I needed a late check out and it was mo trouble. Everything was so convenient and the food at the restaurant was incredible especially the risotto and the tiramisu! I will miss it a lot. "We liked our stay here, but the room was quite warm. The breakfast is great. The location is alright, Nàpiz pizza nearby is great. Few minutes walk to the main station. Some sketchy areas near the tram that we me sure to avoid at night. "
