"the location of this hotel was perfect and the staff was lovely. Sabina was such a huge help, and she was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!"
"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. You are right in the center of town and also walking distance to Killarney National Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking in the lot out back is convenient. I would opt for the public lot over their underground lot as it is very small and difficult to navigate (unless you have a tiny car or motorbike). We will stay here again!"
"We traveled to Dublin to celebrate our wedding anniversary and selected the Killarney Royal Townhouse to drive through the Ring of Kerry due to its perfect location. The hotel staff surprised us with a lovely dessert in the room, which by the way was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel is located in downtown Killarney. It also offered parking nearby, which was very convenient. Additionally, we booked a room that included daily breakfast and it was delicious. We highly...
"Very, very nice, VINTAGE style hotel! No major issues or complaints, just only a few critiques. The shower in our room needed an updating. There's no shower curtain, only a swinging glass panel that covers only half the tub, so it's very easy to get water all over the place, including the floor and the carpet outside the bathroom door. Parking can be an issue. Limited parking and very, VERY tight spots that require smaller vehicles only. Otherwise, great recommendation for your stay. Hotel...
"This is a gorgeous property with full spa, bar, restaurants, and beautiful guest rooms. The room was large and attractive. The staff was very helpful. It is located close to the city center in Killarney and the lakes."
"We loved our stay at the Arbutus, the staff were so helpful and friendly the room was quaint and charming and had everything we needed, also a great location to explore Killarney!"
"Loved the area, it was far enough away from the main city without being too far. Great location and an abundant number of activities to do in the vicinity. I highly recommend visiting the friary at Muckross Abbey at night."
"Water/coffee/tea available in room. The shower wasnt as hot as i woukd like, but the room was very nice. Loved the motion lights in the bathroom especially at night. Bar had buckets of ice!"
