"As much as we loved the location of this hotel, we would not return again. The walls are painfully thin and we were woken up to loud conversations at 4:45AM which completely disturbed our sleep. Thankfully we were not checking out that day so was able to sleep in.
The room was ok - for an Executive Room, we were expecting better looking room. The lift system is not ideal but mindful that it was Bank Holiday weekend."

It caused issues with allergies and when asked the staff to clean it, the receptionist stated that was maintenance duties but they left for the day and wouldn’t be able to solve the issue until the next day and then I was given an even dirtier fan as a replacement. "Nothing to fault really. Very convenient for departures hall. Can be very expensive if you don’t wait to book until a couple of weeks before the stay I wanted to book a few months and it was £170.00 so waited until three weeks before and price was £64.00, but you run the risk of the hotel being full."

Staff here are next level and are super friendly and attentive. The attached bar Madeline is an elegant mix of modern and Parisian Deco. Again the bar staff were brilliant.
The room was spotless along with the bathroom. We have always stayed in the "entry" level room at just over £100 and found the size and quality of fittings outstanding."

"Lovely lady receptionist upgraded us to a superior double which was spacious with a large bed and great view of the church opposite,
Ben, the duty manager was very efficient with the breakfasts. He got me extra tea as requested and did a lovely takeaway bag of sausage and bacon sandwich so my husband could eat later.
