"We had an amazing stay here! Would abolsutely stay again. Everything was perfect about the room and the property and it was walking distance to town which was great!"
"Amazing experience. Could do with a better wine tasting but we really enjoyed it. Vitor was amazing, definitely speak to him about your wine at dinner. The most stunning mountain and river views with great climbs nearby"
"We were looking forward to staying at this property but it turned out to be a disappointment. All of the staff is young and lacks professionalism and knowledge. They have a spa and two pools, but at check in the staff does not tell you about any of the amenities. We didn’t know there was an outdoor pool until the day before we left when we stumbled across it. The room and bathroom were clean, but sparse with poor lighting. The bed is very uncomfortable. The bar staff cannot tell you about...
"The best place to stay in the Douro Valley! Régua is quaint, good dining and access to the train station. The owners were very welcoming upon arrival and the room was impeccable and charming. Beautiful views, gorgeous gardens, bird avierys and a lovely pool! Breakfast was wonderful and a great finish to our trip to Port country!"
"Excellent service from all of the staff.
Clean and well appointed room. Balcony with fantastic views.
Excellent, quiet, peaceful, beautiful location.
Nice outdoor pool, deck and loungers with great views in all directions.
Very good restaurant for breakfast; fantastic evening meal.
Well-stocked bar."
"Property, location and staff were great with amazing views of the lake and neighboring vineyards. Its biggest flaw is the bedroom - sagging mattress and lumpy pillows made for a very umcomfortable sleep. I didnt have a restful sleep. The carpet in the bedroom can be updated."
"Todo excelente de 💯 y su personal… Ana q nos recibió y TODOS los demás extraordinarios… te hacen sentir en casa y consentido… una mega experiencia 💯 x 💯… GRACIAS a todos"
"I don’t even know where to begin to describe that this has been the Top place I have ever stayed at. From the people, the attention to detail, the cleanliness, the breathtaking views and the one and only my most amazing breakfast I have ever had, and I will definitely come back to this magical place."
