"Lift wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed in 4 days we stayed. Room doesn’t get cleaned unless you stay longer than 6 days. Air condition unit is fine when it’s warm but does not give warm air if the room is too cold."

"It IS a Holiday Inn so rooms are small, quality of shampoo and toiletries is lacking, and it is located a 30 minute walk from Inner Stadt, BUT, hotel is incredibly clean, staff are super friendly (by Austrian standards, definitely), and there are many nice restaurants nearby."
