"The hotel grounds were good, breakfast was plentiful even though repetitive day by day. They had nightly entertainment, some good, some not. The on site Flor de Sal was very good, the service there was excellent. My biggest complaint was the unfriendliness of the reception and staff everywhere. No one smiles or greets you when you walk by. I felt there was a general unfriendly vibe from the staff everywhere. They don't seem happy or pretend to be happy for the clients!! My room was fine, pillows...
"I had a great stay here! The accommodation was lovely, and the location was perfect. It’s conveniently located close to the Old Town, and if you want to explore the New Town, it’s around a 15-minute walk or just a 5-minute taxi ride away.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was even given a complimentary upgrade at check-in, which was such a lovely surprise!
As a solo female traveller, feeling safe and comfortable is really important to me, and this accommodation exceeded...
"Overall, a very good hotel/resort. The challenge is that it's layout is over a very large property. Finding your way around is a mystery and walking to your room, with the luggage, from the reception is very difficult ... but they arranged for a van to take us. Using Uber at night, the driver couldn't find our villa."

"This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. "The photos are misleading. Says there are 6 pools , a number of amenities which is all true however many of the condos are owned. The condo we were placed in was at the extreme end of the resort. This was not walkable for me so I was not able to enjoy the things that were there. The condo we got was spacious. Beds very hard so uncomfortable/difficult to sleep. Not nice bedding/blankets provided had a smell and scratchy/rough. Was going to use them to lie on top of to try to soften the bed but...
