"The hotel's bar and restaurant were close. This was a big disappoint to us. We would've stayed elsewhere. Also, sleeping was. rough. Bright outside lights beam through the bedroom window and the blackout shades are not big enough to cover the whole window. We had a difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep. "

"Room was dusty ans did not appear to have been cleaned properly, had an allergy flair up. Found hairs in the bathroom. No other rooms available had to leave. Had to leave to another place. However staff was understanding, polite and tried to accommodate. It just didn’t work for us. "

"Be ware that a “preferred room” means a room pets can stay in, not a better room! Hallways smelled of itine on side of hotel where pets are allowed. No elevator so mugging suitcases and skis up stairs was trying. Room size large.staff. Staff we dealt with was lovely! "
