"I was charged at checkout for breakfast which had already been paid for at booking through Expedia. When I queried this I was told I was wrong so I paid in cash. I have since followed this up with Expedia who are unable to get a refund from the property because I don't have a credit card statement as proof. It wouldn't be so bad if the breakfast was good, it certainly wasn't worth 14 euros. I feel like I've been scammed."

"The property is very isolated. There was no air conditioning or a fridge in the room. There was no bottled water and breakfast was something delivered the night before. On their website they advertise that there is a restaurant on the premises but it was closed and the owner said that they only open for special occasions. We had booked for six nights but we only stayed one night and we believe that we were the only ones in that property that night. Didn’t feel safe at all being there. We should...
