It’s alright at most, the coffee maker didn’t work, place was clean, fresh towels, however there was broken ceramic in the bathroom, its very inconvenient the way the electricity works with the room card and the staff doesn’t do a great job explaining in English. Its well connected with public transport.

I just Like the Customer Service of one Girl at the reception on Sunday morning, she was wonderful in every aspect !! Everything else in this Hotel it's just Awful, Bad Customer Service from the rest of the staff, dirty walls, no illumination on the hall to get to my room, the elevators makes some weird noises, the breakfast wasn't good enough, etc

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, personale gentile, letto comodo. La colazione potrebbe essere migliore ma ci siamo adattati. Il posteggio in garage era incluso nel prezzo. Muoversi a Torino in auto ci è risultato comodo (anche se il posteggio può essere costoso).

Rien à redire sur le séjour, nous sommes resté une nuit. Prestation à la hauteur de ce que j’en attendais. J’aurais juste préféré un meilleur oreiller. Et avoir un chauffage qui puisse être réglable manuellement. Sinon accueil, disponibilité et petit déjeuner au top.

Check-in e check-out tutto molto bene. Soggiorno di una notte per evento in città, quindi toccata e fuga. Direi che: ottimo per posizione, garage e servizio h24 di reception; colazione nella media a buffet direi buona. Unica pecca l’odore, un po’ in tutta la struttura di cibi internazionali a volte un po’ troppo forte, e la pulizia delle stanze un po’ scarsina… Rapporto qualità/prezzo direi proporzionata.
