"The hotel had lovely staff that were available 24/7, room was clean and had a nice balcony.
Facilities to purchase drinks when needed as well for a fair price.
Hotel is right next door to a lovely steakhouse and not too far from some fast food chains too. Also around a 30-45 minute walk to the train station, a good area if you want to avoid the hassle of staying directly in st lucia.
There are a few reasons I rate the hotel 3 stars instead of 4/5. Those are because the beds were very springy...
"The room including bathroom was clean. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast was good for the money. The hotel is within easy walking distance from Mestre railway station where the airport bus arrives. Really no need to use a cab or ride share."
"Awesome place to stay! They have 24-hr security so you can check in at any time after midnight. They have frequent shuttles (you have to book in advance 2.5 € per person) to Venice — People mover station Marttima (Marine) — it’s a 10 min walk to Piazzale Roma or 1 stop by people mover – which is included in the daily vaporetto travel pass if you got one. Honestly, the room has everything you’ll need, including a little patio, a fridge etc and it’s completely private. And the price is unbeatable....
"I stay 3 nights at Vienna hotel, room was clean but little bit smell from wall bcose I think room was closed long time. It’s single bed.
But I open windows and fresh air then next day smell finished.
Wash basin was some blocked then I put lid out side then water easily going.
And shampoo pot was at floor not on the shower wall.
Lift carpet is very smelly."

"Staff was wonderful. The breakfast was satisfying and the location to the train station was helpful. I would recommend that they use a mattress pad to make the mattress more comfortable or upgrade the mattresses."
