"From check in to check out the entire experience was fabulous. The building is beautiful having been fully renovated. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for an overnight stay. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety, is fresh and beautifully displayed. A ten out of ten for us."
"Parking is limited under the building, and you have to pay per night. They offer the council parking lot across the road, as though it's part of their facility. Also, they offer breakfast, but there's no buffet. The cafe staff make each meal individually, and on the day I stayed there, the cafe could not meet the demand for breakfast in a timely fashion, as they were grossly understaffed and under-equipped. "Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was nice and quiet, the room was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

"For budget accommodation it was quite adequate, roomy and clean. The lady at reception was very friendly, she supplied us with extra plates, cutlery etc. without prompting. If we stay in Toowoomba again, we would be happy to return here"
"Spacious, very clean. Enjoyed the keyless entry and being able to check in and out online. Plenty of parking. Close to the City Centre and gardens. Would stay again!"
"Clean spacious room, very comfortable bed & modern bathroom. Even though our room was at the front of the property near road, it was quiet enough.
Plenty of free parking. There’s no lift, so ask for ground floor room if you can’t do stairs to 2nd level easily. Easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants nearby, as they don’t have their onsite restaurant open for breakfast Sun or Mon & no dinner Sat/Sun night. This was our 2nd visit as we like the quieter location but still close to city centre...
