The Chur tourist card (free public transport) was great (you collect when you check-in) and meant easy 5min access to the train station. Bus stop right outside the hotel, so super easy. "The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is centrally located, not far from the station and we enjoyed our stay. There are a few steps up from street level to reception and a tiny lift from there to upper floors. Perhaps a difficulty for those who are less mobile."
