Remember to check in before hand for code

Make sure you fill out check in infrmation (they send you an email the day before) so that you have the correct code to get in, there is no recepcion. There seems to be some parking on the street (one spot for hotel). THere is a parking garage 1 block away. Fun location in quiet town (september visit). Breakfast is fine.

In the middle of the Village, close to everything. Nice self-checkin hotel for one night at a reasonable price. Nice breakfast and breakfast room with friendly staff in the morning.

Super convenient & comfortable Pension-style hotel

Super convenient and comfortable Pension-style hotel close to Liechtenstein and just minutes walk from the thermal baths. Shame about a lack of any staff, even during the day. Breakfast was better than expected and the coffee machine was a huge plus! The lounge/dining area was also a great place for us to sit and have dinner in the evenings (even if only to eat our own food).

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. The one negative was the difficulty I had checking in at the door. The directions weren't always clear and it took me about 8 tries to get in.

Extremely small room on the third floor (no elevator), the shower was not in the room but on the second floor, private but it was just another small room with only the shower. Then you have to go down one floor with everything in hand, including a towel, take a shower, get dressed and go back to your room. The room was not cleaned the first day because there was no "to be cleaned" label on the door. This is usually used to "do not disturb", not to ask for cleaning. The second day I left the room around 2pm and expected it to be cleaned in the afternoon, but that didn't happen even if I left this label on the door knob. I basically slept 3 nights but the bed was never made, the water was not returned, the towels were never changed etc. There was a TV but instead of being in front of the bed, it was parallel to the bed on the same wall. In other words, it was impossible to watch TV from the bed: you had to take a chair and watch it while sitting. Also, the wooden floor was quite noisy, when other guests passed by on the floor and opened and closed their doors, or just talked, it was a disturbance. I could go on but this is enough. It is a 4 star on paper and for the prices, but it should be called a hostel. I recommend taking this advice seriously, and not having AI respond to comments as noted in some answers I consulted before writing.

Buyer Beware!!! Photos of hotel are misleading. Check in terrible, room is basic, 1 .9 kilometers to hotel from train station. No phone in room. I have to say disappointed, I am a frequent traveler, and the room was 1 step above a motel 6 in America. Breakfast was pitiful. Stay somewhere else. Totally misleading...

Small and unsatisfactory

No parking to unload luggage. No elevator. Had to carry up our suitcases three floors, a total of 53 steps. Bathroom with shower is 3ft x 6 ft including shower. Windows had no darkening possibility. Street lights shone in the whole night. No person in the hotel as staff. All automated in a machine. Too cold; called their emergency number for additional blanket. Nothing available. Just deal with it.

The actual condition of the room doesn’t even come close to the pictures posted on Expedia. The hotel doesn’t have any receptionist and on top of that they sent me the self check-in instructions in German language. There is no parking facility for the hotel and the only parking garage in town takes only cash. I had to scramble at 12 at midnight to find parking in that town where I can pay with my Visa Credit Card. I had the worst experience in my 5 years of traveling.

War schlicht und einfach perfekt für den kuezen aufenthalt. Hatten beim eincheken am touchpad probleme aber es wurde uns am telefon schnell geholfen.

Ich konnte mich nicht selbständig gemäss Vorlage einloggen. Die angegebene Telefonnummer wurde nicht bedient (zuerst Band und dann abgehängt). Dies trotz mehrmaligem Versuch. zum schluss erhielt ich eine E-Mail wonach ich ein Non-Show sei und die Leistung verrechnet werden muss. Auf meine Reaktion hin, erfolgte keine Antwort

Das automatische einchecken gestaltete sich sehr schwierig und wäre ohne die Hilfe einer Raumpflegerin nicht möglich gewesen. Ausserdem waren wir nicht die Einzigen. Schade, dieses Prozedere passt nicht zu dem ansonsten guten Preisleistungsangebot des Hotels.

Unpersönliche Nächtigung in Bad Ragaz

Der Check-in musste mittels einem Automaten gemacht werden. Anschliessend bekommt man seine Zimmerkarte. Was mühsam war, dass trotz Buchumg über eine Plattform alle Angaben nochmals gemacht werden musste. Die Zimmer zweckmässig aber nichts spezielles. Das Bad ist für klaustrophobisch veranlagte oder sehr beleibte Personen gar nicht. Es ist so eng dass man sich kaum abtrocknen kann. Frühstück auch wieder unpersönlich und eher schlicht gehalten. Während der ganzen Aufenthaltsdauer hat man keine Person vom Hotel angetroffen.
