"I would never stay here again. The property is worn down, dirty, and dark. It screams “budget traveler” in their early 20’s. The lighting in the hallway to your room has a delayed sensor which is creepy when it’s dark. There is no coffee before 7am, which is horrible if you are up early. The adjacent restaurant is over crowded and the food is subpar. Skip this place."
"The staff was wonderful and helpful from showing us how to get around Vienna to our wake up call making sure we didn’t miss our train. Our bags were stored when we arrived although the room was not ready. This was so appreciated. The room was extremely clean. Loved the location, walking distance to many sites to see with city metro stopping just outside the hotel. I would highly recommend and would stay there again."
"The good thing is its just across the Vienna Main Train station. Staff was not helpful. There was no mode of communication in the room to contact the staff.
I had to go the reception to ask for iron. They keep on saying it will come in 10 mins even after going multiple times downstairs. After an hour, I had to go without ironing my clothes. But even when I came in the evening, nothing was there in the room. Regarding amenities, you will only find handsoap and shower gel in the room. TV is very...
"The hotel is in the middle of upgrades/renos, of which we were unaware. No nightstands in the room, walls not painted, plug came off the wall when trying to plug in the phone, lock broken."
"Conveniently located relatively close to the city centre. Very good breakfast selection.
Room arrangements were not great, with pretty much no space to open the luggage."
