"Nice clean room"

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Early check in was allowed seamlessly, zero issues. Room was tidied perfectly, and amenities including those in the room & complementary breakfast were great. Note; I booked the double queen suite, and I definitely recommend it; pretty much anything you could want in there & more. Definitely didn't make use of the dishwasher, and hardly used the full kitchen setup as a whole however it was a very nice inclusion, very nice shower also. Would definitely stay...

"Comfortable bed, decent on site bkf, pool was well maintained, surroundings pretty. However, dated hotel & rooms. I only booked this particular hotel because it stated it had a hot tub. Few days before my arrival I was notified the hot tub was no longer. Very disappointing and just a little false advertising since they didn't update their website. Went to checkout & the desk clerk said "we don't show you ever checked in". I checked in on-line less than 24 hours before arrival as asked. Already...

"Ok Where to begin. The room was great,the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. However: the place in general was gross. The smell of water damage was present and there was only 1 elevator for the entire North tower. One guy said they are there every year and it has been like that for 3 years now. The elevator was smelly and kinda scary. I believe it used to be the service elevator. There was mold on the walls in the laundry room,there were panels of sheetrock missing and the new Sheetrock...

"Staff was kind and professional. Very welcoming on checkin!! The property itself is not good. No air conditioning in the lobby, breakfast area and fitness area. Pool was not operating and would have really been good to know before booking. The room was fairly clean but needs some serious updating and the main areas of the hotel are in major need of repair. Ceiling tiles out everywhere. Small garbage cans up and down the hallway to catch water dripping. Carpet is filthy in the hallways and lobby...
