"Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable There was nowhere to hang clothes, only one chair , no spoons or plates. In the morning when we left just after 8am, the office was closed and could not find a way out. If there had been a fire,cwe would not have known where to go, so all in all, not a great experience. We would not go there again"

"it was tidy , bathroom had a nice new vanity although in the shower it had black mold . definitely needs a little tlc in the shower. as we entered it did look a little bit abandoned but later on it was fulled with people staying you can hear literally everything the people beside you are saying"

"Staff were wicked upon checking in and leaving. The location was very good only thing that really let our stay down - was the bed, it was like sleeping on the floor so very hard. We came up for the Taupo marathon and got no sleep due to it! :( breakfast was ok, good for the price. Bathrooms had had a recent makeover which was nice and the room was clean. Overall well priced just if you have a bad back or can’t handle a hard bed I would stay somewhere else"
