"Lovely staff who were very communicative. The location was fantastic! Right in the heart of the city centre. Despite this, the windows made the room very sound proof. The room was cosy and clean. There were no lifts, stairs only, but these weren't steep or difficult to climb."

"The room we rented upstairs was spacious, clean, and well kept. There was a restaurant within 10 feet of the house, and they served great food and was reasonably priced. This house was in a good location in the sense that it was close to (walking distance) the beach as well as old town, the market, the port, and promenade. However, it is in an older part of Split so the buildings around it are rundown and the area is quite dirty. The renters were helpful, kind, and easy to contact."

In the early morning or afternoon. Loved my stay. Room upgrades make this place feel luxurious however the bathrooms would also benefit from an upgrade to elevate the experience. At times the bathroom had an unpleasant smell coming out of the drain most likely from the pipes and other units"
