"The WiFi is very unstable, but it made it easier to focus on the absolute beauty of this island!"

"The staff were very helpful and friendly."

"The staff is friendly, polite and helpful. The cultural night is amazing with the performance and also the yummiest selection of buffet. Get off the plane walk across the road and you have arrived and also Raro rentals 5mins walk down the road. Only thing we didn't like. The swimming pool is not in a great spot. People are eating while they watch you swim. As the pool is based in the middle of the restaurant and tiki bar. Will stay here again."

"Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff were excellent. The breakfast suited me I was happy with my toast and jam and coffee ☕. The bar was a joy every time. We ate lunch/dinner there five times out of the seven days we were there . Awesome."

"We loved our stay. Vicky was an absolute gem, very helpful, happy, willing to help in any way she could and always smiling. Breakfast was great, room was lovely, clean, with everything you need in a villa. Will definitely stay again"

"Amazing location and, despite a few areas needing attention, we had another wonderful holiday in Rarotonga. First time staying in Muri, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. While our room was starting to show its age and the pool area could benefit from a little maintenance, neither took away from what was a fantastic stay. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, with a special mention to Jaymie, who was especially friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would happily...

"This is a formal complaint about Palm Grove and its current manager (Betsy or Mama Tum). My wife and I arrived on 31st May 2026 planning to stay until 22nd June 2026. This is our second stay in Rarotonga, as this was a special occasion for my wife's 80th Birthday. We left early on the 10th June 2026, as we could no longer bare to stay any longer at this resort, so we returned to New Zealand. The accommodation itself (Superior Garden Room was very good). However, it became very clear early on...

"The perfect place to enjoy all that is going on in Muri. Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. We will be back"

"Great stay in a newly refurbished room. Amazing location and the staff did all they possibly could to ensure you had the best time."

"Nice property with great water views, nice common area with tables too. Nice touch was welcome fruit tray and breakfast goodies. Access to electric cars was a huge plus as you want to drive to Muri beach and restaurants. Also you can walk to several really great restaurants as well. Really accommodating hosts."

"Great unit for a couple of days over the road from the beach. Great pool and nice balcony out of the wind/cyclone. Rangi was super helpful"

"Centraal in Muri."

"Lovely host, quite and peaceful location in front of the beach plus close by food joint , coffee stall, general store and bar just minutes walk. We enjoyed and recommend stay here."

"Room was clean, bed comfortable. We had the family room which suited us fine, however if you are after a view choose the bungalows. There is a pool area where you can sit and enjoy the garden view which is nice. You can’t swim out from the villas, and we hired a car which was ideal."

"This property is beautiful. I paid $1500 for 4days which I find really expensive, compared to book a batches in gold Coast or NZ (However accommodation in Raro is expensive). The host was super nice especially after we found it really hard to find after a late flight in the dark. She was super accommodating and patient with us. Would definitely stay here again as it was so close to everything yet quiet. It was also very clean, beds and pillows were nice. Couch though is broken foam inside on the...

"Great location where you can paddle board or snorkel right out front, friendly staff and spacious clean room. Also close to a small supermarket."
