"Older resort with dated rooms. Price doesn’t match the quality.
Staff forgot to clean rooms one day and next day was a non-cleaning day but they wouldn’t do a make up cleaning.
They charge for everything, including fees to use the in-room safe. Onsite laundry is 15 euros per wash.
Very obvious that this resort is more about gouging guests at every turn than it is about guest satisfaction.
Cala d’Or is beautiful but next time we will enjoy it from another hotel."
"Really good for price i paid , however we got taken to beach by the hotel minibus , a 30 plus minutes walk away , there was a torrential storm and they just left us with 2 toddlers to walk back, no remorse either ,no duty of care, and you cannot get a taxi for love or money from there"
"Breakfast selection was wonderful. Location was excellent as it’s next to Playa de Muro. Building and amenities need a little bit more of an upkeep and the parking lot is always full. But overall, a very decent and family friendly hotel."

"Immaculate clean rooms in a pleasant, fairly large hotel just meters from one of the best white sand beaches in Europe. Staff were all great. Good supermarket only 5mins walk away.
