"The central air was out in the lobb, main floor and dining area. Very hot and humid. When we checked into our room the AC was not turned on, it was hot, humid and muggy. It took sometime for the room to cool. The front desk person did know when the AC on the main floor was going to be fixed, that person was grateful for the fan. For a property that considers themselves world class. The above short comings should not have happened."
