"This apartment is worth every penny! The staff were so welcoming and helped when we couldn't figure out how to drive to the apartment. We were welcomed when we arrived and they were so nice. The location is ideal. You can walk to many restaurants nearby and it's right in the center of a pedestrain area. The apartment was clean and adorable. Staff were always available if you had any questions and were so helpful. Would 10/10 stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!"

"Property is in a great location within walkable distance to all the main local attractions including the Mercado, Cable Car and Marina. There's also a great rooftop seating area which we found amazing to sit in an evening to view the mountainside villages. The only down side was because it's in such a great central location, it's very noisy. "A bit cramped but for exploring Funchal the location is excellent- we booked a room with a double bed and got a room with two singles which spoilt our arrival but we got a double bed the next night after contacting Expedia. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but it sufficed"
