"Nice location, helpful staff,"

"The hotel room was extremely humid and warm every day. There was so much condensation on the windows, there were puddles of water on the windowsill. I asked the front desk staff if this was normal and if someone could check the room, she said that the fan in the room does not work and to turn it off. I was not told that Starbucks had closed, yes that was important to my stay. The VIP lounge was not available during my stay as promised for booking the executive sweet. "Front desk staff was not friendly nor welcoming . Very noisy location on a main road."

All of the scents to the soaps in the bathroom were offensive. should be more subtle or unscented. The eucalyptus scent was so strong. "Our breakfasts were amazing and chefs couldn’t have been nicer!!! Evening reception was a great treat"

"Nice, modern, clean and spacious room. Breakfast was fresh and fantastic- especially liked the waffles. The sheets were the only negative, a bit flimsy and stiff, less quality than the rest of the stay- need an upgrade!"

"The hotel and staff and parking were all very nice. The problem is getting into and out of the hotel. The parking lot and entrance is on a lower level and the front desk is on the next level up—-just inconvenient."
