"Loved our deck overlooking the pool, great location as well! Lots of Restaurants, the ocean and promenade across the street! So glad we stayed there rather than the Old Town as too busy there, much quieter in Lapad!"
"The Zagreb has a warm, welcoming staff that made me feel like I was visiting someone’s home. It’s a beautiful hotel located right on the lively pedestrian promenade. It is one of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast is outstanding and so is the food served in their restaurant Rime."
"We loved this place, the only issue was the steep climb and many steps, At night there are sections that are poorly lit and we had to use our cell phones for light. The lower part of the many stairs is also poorly maintained. the wooden railing is lose and some steps are crooked.
If you are handicapped you should not stay there. The good part is that the owners will carry your luggage when arriving and departing. I suggest that you purchase a DUBROVNIK PASS that way your bus rides to and from...
"The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. It bad an obstructed view of the water. The windows and shudder shut out the noise of the street. The shower drain clogged and the water overflowed."
"Nina was super friendly and helpful, she went out her way to ensure we had a great stay. Room is very clean and warm, with the double window blind shut it blocked sound from the road. The location was convenient, very close to the central bus station, perfect for catching morning bus."
"Hidden down a winding alleyway, but still close to the bus station and the port amenities. The land lady was friendly and offered advice on how to access various places nearby. Couldn't figure out how to check in at first, the room wifi had spotty coverage in places and I hit my head on the hallway ceiling multiple times. Still it was homey, with sensible choices for shower gel scents and a big window for letting the breeze in. There was an AC, but I didn't try it with the weather, nice as it...
"Room was close to bus stop for #4 bus to the old town so it was a convenient place to stay to see the old town. There were 3-4 restaurants near by and a small grocery store so it was fine for us. We had a balcony which was nice to sit on at the end of day and have a drink. I would stay there again."
"The room was disgusting, it smelled HORRIBLE. The door barely locked and felt unsafe. It was in a horrible location. I had to leave it was so bad and the staff couldn’t give me a different room and refused to give me a refund. DO NOT GO HERE"
