Very nice property with an excellent restaurant. The property is located on a large walking path with many different cafes and restaurants. The beach is only 200 meters away.

Its was a nice stay. Close to alot of nice stuff like the cave bar and the beach area, and about 10 minute drive to old town debrovnik. The room was nice with confortable beds and a nice shower.

The location was perfect, with a strip of restaurants, and a beach a few minutes away with a cool walk and bars. Was clean, quiet, convenient and the room had a balcony.

Wonderful seaside yet close to Old Town

We had an amazing stay. The location outside of the old town and by the sea was super. Lots of restaurants and bars as well. A 10 minute bus to the old town. Will stay again.

Hotel Perla is a lovely hotel. Nicely situated in the pedestrian area of Lapad which is a great location to explore. The beach is 1min away, lots of restaurants to choose from and close to public transport links. The room was clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice small hotel well situated in Lapad. Could walk to everything. Staff very helpful and rooms clean. Room was a bit smaller than expected. Otherwise we enjoyed our two night stay. Restaurant and gym on premises was a plus

Perfect location to stay if you want to enjoy Dubrovnik. Tons of restaurants right outside, and quick walk to the beach. 10 minute taxi ride to the old town. I much rather stay at a location like Hotel Perla than in the chaos and busyness of the old town. My only critiques are the room doors and bathrooms a bit outdated, and the gym had no A/C.

Nice Hotel close to Lapad beach

Nice three star Hotel on the promenade in Lapad - 2 min awaY from the beach. Nice room with balcony and clean. Nothing to complain about - recommended.

It was very nice location! We could go to the sea on foot for a few minutes. The room was clean, but you can't see the sea from the room. The stuff also very friendly. The breakfast was tasty!

Located on a pedestrian street so had to park a couple minutes away, take our luggage to the hotel, then go back to the car and park in a garage 5 minutes walk away. The front desk told us the wrong place to park, but it all was corrected the next day. Luckily it was downhill to carry our luggage when we were leaving.

Great location by the beach. Very clean. However worn out and poorly maintained amenities. For example, the bed mattresses in our room were damaged and uncomfortable. Very expensive for a 3 star hotel.

Basic Hotel. Would suggest few things to be improved : forbidden to take any food to rooms, yet there was a fridge. Who lives without water and snacks? Most of the time reception was unattended, no room key required for lifts - Hotel stated they are not responsible on thefts. Thus all went fine, got checking all right, drive to Airport. Get off at post stop after roundabout if arriving with bus nr 7 ( was hard to figure this)

Dream vacation

Very lovely place. Close to the beach. Sympathic staff. All eager to help. Room with a balcony and bay view. No need to dinner oytside. Order to the balcony ! Very clean. Delicious breakfast !

The rooms were small. No coffee machine in the room. Strict rules about eating or drinking in the room??!! They had a mini fridge in the room: for what?? Location is perfect. Staff is very helpful and good.

We had an okay stay. The room was fairly small with barely enough space to open our only bag. The towels were quite worn and even ripped on the edges. We were woken up by the hotel staff vacuuming the room next to ours around 8am. Breakfast was also okay, but nothing to brag about. There is a surcharge for parking (~€15) and limited availability, so call ahead of time if you need it. The space is at an underground garage nearby. It felt like the hotel lacks a professional manager that can pay attention to the things that matter for a guest to have a pleasant experience. That said, the reception and staff were nice and friendly, so really just a management issue. Overall we left with the feeling that Hotel Perla was not good value for money.

Had a really nice time here, staff was always very friendly, food was excellent in the evenings. Room had everything you would expect at this price point, and definitely worth paying a bit more for the partial sea view.
