"In between a hotel and an Airbnb, in that it doesn’t have a 24 hour desk. The after hours check-in info was not sent to me via Expedia. However the super nice bar staff of the l’Opera got me in and settled. Air conditioning was good and bed was fine. I’ve decided pillows in Italy need improving, however."
