"Staff was great. The place is clean. Breakfast was great as usual. I left an item in my room and it was returned to me (just had to send postage). The only issues we had were some maintenance things that they did promptly respond to (bathroom sink was clogged and microwave didn't work). Pool was as expected - water was cold, but nothing different than any other Home2 I've stayed in. Definitely recommend if you are traveling to Roswell."

"Breakfast and parking great! Big issue with check out and check in. The front desk did not charge for incidentals during checkin, however, during checkout, the front desk charged the fee of $100.00. This charge was never discussed until check out! This after staying there for 7 days! Complete Negligence by this property?"
