"I called the hotel several times prior to my flight to request a one-hour checkout extension, which was granted by the hotel staff. However, upon arrival after a four hour delay, I was denied to stay for an extra hour. This isn’t good service."

"I probably should not give a review, because the hotel was undergoing renovations at the time. Very noisy. Noise began at about 7 AM. The staff gave me two free beers, free coffee and a set of earplugs. Thanks, but I'd rather pay less for the room. Still. I'd return. Great location and once the renovations are done it will be even nicer. I imagine they'll raise the price even more though."
