"Great location and great staff!"

"Check in was hectic at 3pm, as it is self serve via a bank of iPads. A member of staff helped me to program my room key, as the one I did failed to open room door. Found a member of housekeeping on 4th floor to ask for extra pillows. Room small and old, but I had only booked the basic rate. Others were available at a premium. Used Hudson bar on day 1, then VQ bar for breakfast on day 2. All staff were delightful. Only slight problem was that the lifts always seem to take ages to come when...

"The room was clean and modern looking. Everything worked and sheets were clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and updated. The shampoo was of good quality. Breakfast buffet had several.choices and was filling."
