"I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Hotel was ‘OK’ but didn’t feel like value for money. The breakfast layout was poor which meant that everyone was walking into you, it was extremely busy - sausages were cold, coffee not great. There were hairs in the bed upon arrival. Air con kept switching off in the night so we didn’t sleep well because it’d get hot in the night. "Extremely disappointed, ruined what was meant to be a special event for my mother 90 years old.
The room was in choking state of poor cleanliness. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, walls , sink and even on the Courtain and the balcony area. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable to be in.
The breakfast was terrible, completely greasy and unappealing. For a place that should be like a treat, this place ruined my special special occasion for my mother 90 years old

"It was your typical Welsh seaside B&B. Dated and in need of a full renovation but as a hotel maintenance guy maybe I see more. I appreciate the money isn’t there in this business any longer to do most of what is needed.
There are some beautiful old features and historic pictures that are nice.
Our neighbours kept their bathroom light and extract fan on all night so it sounded like we were near the airport but the view out of the windows over Llandudno are amazing.

"Awfull Hotel..No staff , the Reception was manned by a Latvian guy who couldn't understand a word of English,and also miserable,Shouldn't be working in a hotel reception..The bar was closed dus to No hotel staff Our room was small an not intended!!! for a couple,more so for a single person, the so called Double bed was a 4ft bed not a full double 4ft6.
my feet stuck out the end! Though the room was clean it just wasnt worth the price we paid ..for 2 nights..
The bathroom was also very small...
"The gentleman host was gracious and polite.
Breakfast was continental which was fine for us. Two problems which they tried to solve were the hard bed and no hot water in the taps.
Very much needs some updating.

"The location is perfect for enjoying Llandudno close to the pier, the trams and a short walk to the shops. This is our second stay and we will definitely book again when we visit Llandudno"
