"Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Quite a few things were missing in our kitchen but reception acted on it and replaced missing items.
I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were...
"The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...
"The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. A recepcionista do check in foi maravilhosa, dia 16/05 , atenciosa, simpática , me levou até perto da cancela que acessa o estacionamento, mostrou o hotel, avisou que tentaria um check out às 14h se o apartamento não estivesse com reserva e tudo com um sorriso no rosto.
