"We stayed here our last night in Ireland. The hotel is nice, but the area is a little sketchy. I think they are trying to revitalize the area. Breakfast was included and it was OK. We had a room with 2 queen beds and it happened to be a day that was in the 70s. We were on the 7th floor. When we arrived all of the curtains/shades were open and it was hot in the room. We called for a fan (which they brought), but said we wouldn't get the room to cool down much faster. It was fine by later...

"Excellent location walking distance to everything. Air conditioned rooms which were a must since we were there during a heatwave. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. I was told it would be noisy but we found the windows very well insulated"

"Do not stay at this crap hotel. Less than six inches between beds, can’t even ipen suitcase in the room, there is no phone in any rooms. Front desk staff are rude, unprofessional and extremely combative. We had to walk by drug addicts to get to central Dublin. This place is located inn sketchy area, markets itself as close to city centre. What a joke. Room smelled like it was spray cleaned with chemicals, no lounge, restaurant. Overpriced vendinf machine was out of order. AVOID"

"I could not believe the room we were given for $250 we paid! It was a tiny space in the attic, barely enough room to walk around the two twin beds that were put together. (We are 2 friends traveling and requested a 2 twin beds room. With elevator only going to the 5th floor, we had to haul our luggage up another floor through a dark stairway with little wayfinding signage. "Lovely room with sea view. Bar was a little overcrowded with two parties going on."

"Room was a little small for 3 people - when you open the sleeper, there is almost no room left to walk around. But it was a very clean, modern room and building, and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again."

"Very good location using buses to city centre. Note: must have a LEAP card or coins for the bus as no credit card can be used to pay for bus travel. No on site reception staff - must read email with instructions for main door and room door entry codes and front and rear parking locations. Helpful cleaning staff available in the mornings."
