"Buen servicio y limpieza"

"La atencion de los jóvenes que trabajan en el hotel es excelente, esta es nuestra segunda estadia en menos de 3 meses y volvemos pronto. Muy recomendado"

"Las puertas apenas abren por el salitre... deben darle mas mantenimiento al hotel"

"The hotel is ama"

"This was our favorite stay while in Puerto Rico. The hosts were so helpful and kind. Any recommendations they gave did not disappoint. Not to mention their delicious home made breakfast served every morning. We were affected by the water shortage but the hosts made sure we always had gallons of water provided to help reduce any inconvenience. We cannot recommend them enough!!!"

"The property was beautiful. Gated area which needed a key to get in and out of the property. All doors and windows lock from the inside which helps with safety and security. Only downside, there were a lot of dead bugs. Everywhere. And I know what you’re thinking “it’s in the middle of the mountains, there’s gonna be bugs” but if they had cleaned before we got there, there would be no bugs. Also a lot of dust. During the night time, it gets creepy. Super dark, not enough lighting on the whole...

"Absolutely beautiful. The owner Ron was so nice and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. If you’re planning on staying in the central mountains this place cannot be beat. "

"Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) - Absolute Nightmare! This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Communication is nonexistent. I contacted the host/management the day before arrival—no response. I messaged again the morning of—silence. I landed and was essentially stranded, finally receiving the check-in instructions hours after my flight landed. It only got worse once I actually got inside. There were zero towels provided. When I reached out to staff, it took them a ridiculous...

"Reservamos la habitación para atender una boda y viajamos desde lejos para luego encontrarnos que el lugar estaba básicamente abandonado. Tratamos de contactar al anfitrión durante el día y no obtenía respuesta. Llegamos a la propiedad a la hora de hacer check in pero tampoco nadie nos recibió y el lugar parecía completamente abandonado. No nos quisieron dar un reembolso a pesar de que no fue culpa nuestra ni tampoco cancelamos el viaje. "

"My husband and I chose this beautiful location for our Honeymoon. Life can get pretty stressful sometimes, so we wanted something secluded, a place where we can take in the beautiful surroundings, and enjoy life without a schedule. This has truly been the best experience of a lifetime for both my husband and I. Yohandra, Pedro and Chef Ema are the most amazing people. They made us feel so welcome. We rented the Bali cabin. It was perfect and everything we were looking for. We will definitely be...

"Apartment has a great view and location is perfect, easy access to pools, beach and restaurants. How ever apartment is very outdated, curtains are dry rotted, kitchen top broken, appliances very old, and bed mattress is awful."

"We had a mixed experience at this property. On the plus side, it was clean, convenient, and offered breathtaking views. The private pool and sufficient furnishings were also a bonus. Palmas del Mar is a stunning island destination, and we felt lucky to have visited. However, there were some drawbacks. The listing incorrectly stated that the bed was King-size, when in fact it was a Queen. This was a significant issue for us, given my spouse's height of 6'4". Additionally, noisy resident...

"We enjoyed our stay the management was welcome and friendly. If we are in that party if town again I would definitely return. Thanks "
