"My rental car was stolen in broad daylight, at about 3:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon. I was notified by university police - no one from the hotel thought to communicate it to me? And the camera footage of the incident “can’t be reviewed” for a full 4 days after the incident occurred, despite the fact that police need the footage to pursue an investigation. I am beyond disappointed in how this situation was handled and will never stay at a Days branded hotel ever again."
