"Pros: Great location, right in the middle of cute, walkable streets with lots of restaurants and shops. The property is located on a closed street (no cars) which is very nice. In addition, the front desk personnel (especially Ana) are very helpful. Getting to the property via taxi from airport is easy and convenient - approx 10-12 euros, and they drop you off at the corner of the property. The included breakfast was good, nothing out of the ordinary, but a nice way to start your day.

Nice kitchenette and mini fridge. Shower was powerful and nice and hot. Really good restaurant about a 10 minute walk east along the...
"Beautiful views overlooking the area, and a fantastic breakfast buffet! Location was a nice for walks into town for meals, etc., and is close to Terra Nostra. Parking at the hotel was a challenge - the lot was small, but the reception deck employee helped us figure out a solution!"
"Hello from America! Absolutely beautiful property, well maintained & operated by kind people. Breakfast was so good! Everything was super clean. Thank you so much!"
"Commercial boutique azores was just what we needed to start our Portugal trip.
The location is perfect - you can really walk everywhere and everything you would want to do and see is within minutes.
The room was a very good size and spotless.
The electronic blinds were an amazing touch to make the room completely black during the night
The staff, carlos and anibal were truly amazing and attentive and provided wonderful restaurant recommendations.
Although we didn’t use the patio at the...
