"The late fall morning experience from the manor was exemplary impressive. The rom was spacious for three of us and breakfast was as cozy as it was at home plus the view to the lake through the crisp fall air. Highly recommended."

"The hotel room was so cozy and it felt like having our own apartment. Tom was so cool to talk to and gave us the best recommendation for Halloween night! We had food from the restaurant and it was above and beyond our expectations. All of the businesses we went to encouraged visiting other businesses. An amazing stay. Even added on an extra night!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Los Gatos Bed and Breakfast…Charlie and Rebecca were extremely friendly and gracious hosts with helpful ideas on things to do in the area. "This is a beautiful 1790’s estate and a treat if you’re a fan of history and old architecture. Hosts Micah and Darcy were gracious and helpful in offering ideas on locations to visit. We loved our time in the Finger Lakes and our stay at the Yorkshire Inn!"

"Beautiful property and lovely rooms! I would have loved to have had some more tea options, breakfast ready, and table set at the appointed time mentioned."

"Fabulous host and location."

"Very friendly; loved that there was always cold pitchers of water in the downstairs fridge. Breakfast was good"
