"Got to one hotel at around 5pm check in was 4pm room wasn’t ready the front desk lady advised they are fully booked and rooms are dirty even advise I book another room At another hotel after my card was charged and had reservations. I tried to contact Expedia who offered me a partial refund which I was very unhappy with . The lobby was filled with people who the hotel staff advised was also waiting for rooms .
