Per il resto tutto ok, anche la colazione molto variegata e buona . C’è la stazione ferroviaria a soli 10 min a piedi e nei dintorni ci sono tanti locali dove mangiare e bere"
"Wow! A really really fabulous hotel! We had lots of challenges at the start of our holiday after our flight was delayed so we missed the last boat to the island. The staff could not have helped us more! Extremely understanding and reassuring and when we finally arrived at the hotel we were given a beautiful room with a little garden right by the pool, the pool and snack bar were wonderful and the views from the terrace so outstanding. I'd go back to this hotel in a flash!"
"Belle vue sur les hauteurs, Impossible d'avoir accès aux chaines de télévision classiques comme Rai 1 et Rai 2. Très bruyant la nuit. Infestation de fourmis. Service déplorable. On s'attend à beaucoup mieux pour le prix. Petit déjeuner de faible qualité et quantité. Peu de personnel ne comprend une autre langue que l'italien. L'hôtel mérite d'être rénové entièrement."

My boyfriend and I came here for a little under a week and it was absolutely amazing incredible. Marzia was so kind and helpful, I really appreciated all of her assistance and warmth. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. I am already missing the pie that was served for breakfast (I believe it was cherry). Highly recommend this stay!!"
"La ubicación es muy buena. No dicen que la playa frente al hotel es privada y no te dejan estar ahí a menos de que pagues a otra compañía, aun así pues te mueves a un lado y ya... la playa es linda!
y el bufette es bueno, solo que no puedes tomar tu mismo lo que deseas, las señoritas te lo ponen en una charola y hasta te lo llevan a tu mesa, la cual es pequeña y se llena con todas las cosas (porque pides todo junto) que pidieron tus compañeros de mesa.

"Little gem of a hotel, beautiful views, bus right outside down to Casamicciola where you can get a variety of buses around the island.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was tasty, lunch/dinner also available and good value.
Nice pool and thermal baths/sauna. Good little bar for snacks and drinks.
Highly recommend this hotel for a calm stay just a way up the hill from Casamicciola and Lacco Ameno."

We just left Puteoli Palace, we had a great stay, While the property is walkable to several restaurants, a grocery store and a few historical hidden gems, it is NOT close to the hustle n bustle of the city’s center. We had tours scheduled at various times, and the hotel’s driver accommodated us with no issues. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive to Naples Grand Central Station.

"La struttura non è male , ha una bella piscina, anche se senza bagno. La posizione è piuttosto decentrata, ma ben servita da autobus. Andrebbe un pò ristrutturato, la rubinetteria nei bagni è datata, lo specchio nel bagno della stanza addirittura presentava degli aloni marroni da usura. Buona la colazione, ma non eccezionale.
