"The beddings when we arrived is not new because i saw alot of hair on the bed sheets. The second day they changed the sheets coz my daughter made a mess and i saw alot of difference between the first day . So watched out your beddings if it is new."

"There’s no AC in this property. For an extra 20 francs you could be upgraded to a room with an AC unit. However you can’t adjust the climate (beacause of city law) therefore you’re in the same hot room as before.
I left the property 2 hours after I went into my room and moved to another hotel with AC and no restrictions."
"We loved how big the windows were in the room, it provided so much natural light. Staff was great, hotel is in a great walkable location and the courtyard was great to spend the evening in."
"Horrible experience. Extremely crazy expensive for what you get. first of all, what they have is not considered an AC,it is mobile units that need you to have the windows open all the time to extend an exhaust hose from it. It is also extremely noisy and weak. The hotel has no entrance or lobby area whatsoever. Regular room has no safe or even a mini fridge. This hotel is not recommended."
"The space was good and very clean. Staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. I would not stay here again during the warmer months. The is no air conditioning, so you must rely on the window and fan. The outside noise is quite loud, though. So you either have to deal with the noise from the road and busses all night or be very uncomfortably warm. Some of the worst sleep I've had. If there were a/c, I would give them a 5."
"Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We were asked to pay extra for a 2-hour early check-in, but despite that, we later faced serious issues with accessing our room. Our access code failed, leaving us unable to enter until around midnight, even though we had an early 5 AM checkout.
To make matters worse, loud and repeated ventilation noises disturbed both nights and repeatedly woke my wife and me. We have videos documenting the noise.
