This hotel is located right in the middle of Old Town Zurich, where all the site seeing is. The hotel was nice and so was the room. They had stand up fans in the room which were nice as it was warm when we stayed and no a/c. We had no issues. I would recommend.

The hotel is in a great location for seeing the city as it is close to trams, buses and main railway station. The hotel is perfectly nice, however there are major roadworks being undertaken outside the hotel at the main entrance. The works start just after 7am and finish around 5pm Monday to Friday. Not sure how long the work will continue but early in the morning the noise of the digger and other mechanical equipment can be noisy. My room faced the road.

It was a good hotel to stay at, and the location is great! However, I do have to mention that on my first day, the towels left in my room were dirty. When I requested a clean towel, it took forever to arrive (at least 60 minutes). I eventually ended up showering with the dirty towel, which was very disappointing. The breakfast is definitely worth it, so my advice would be to include it in your booking! The rooms are small but comfortable and perfectly fine for a short stay. As for bathroom amenities, the hotel only provides a 3-in-1 body wash and body lotion, so plan accordingly. There are no shower caps, cotton balls, or other basic toiletries provided. Overall, the location is excellent and the breakfast is a plus, but the housekeeping and towel service could definitely be improved.

Hotel location was excellent. Room was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Our room had air conditioning but I think some rooms do not so make sure you check on that especially during the warmer months. Front desk was very nice to us when we checked in. Great experience.
